Alluvita Social Wellness Club is a community-based lifestyle and wellness platform. Services are provided for educational, fitness, and general wellness purposes only. Alluvita is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Content and services offered through Alluvita do not replace professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness, fitness, and lifestyle activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health and well-being and acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

4. No Guarantees

Individual results may vary. Alluvita makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, benefits, or results from participation in its programs or services.

5. Membership & Payments

Memberships, programs, and events are subject to pricing, terms, and availability as communicated at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All content, materials, programs, and branding are the property of Alluvita and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alluvita shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in its services or use of this website.

Alluvita reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Additional Terms & Conditions (SMS)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Alluvita Social Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”), you

agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1. SMS Messaging Service 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receiving SMS text messages from Alluvita Social Wellness for appointment reminders, messages, and general two-way communication about, but not limited to appointments, confirmations, information, etc. Message and Data Rates may apply. 

2. Message Frequency 

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging

frequency varies, you will likely receive 1-2 messages per month. Alluvita Social Wellness

reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the

total number of messages. Alluvita Social Wellness and carriers are not liable for delays or

undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered
