Join us in our community space after a session, day spa service or just to take a pause in your day. Reserve the space for private use for your monthly bookclub, nonprofit meeting or a special event using membership credits.

Recovery & Spa Lounge

Included in all Memberships

Our lounge has the contrast therapy you are looking for to recover, reduce inflammation and improve overall health. Equipped with infrared sauna, cold and hot plunges, the lounge is limited to members and guest pass holders only.

Small Group Fitness and Semi-Private Strength Sessions

Our group fitness classes range from strength to flexibility to endurance. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our guidance is designed to inspire, inform and instill joy. Strength sessions are focused on form and building muscle with the added benefit of improved functional movement and longevity.

If you are in need of a helping hand, we have wellness professionals available for personal training sessions, one-on-one yoga, functional training, lymphatic massage, and health and wellness coaching (more or less depending on location).
